• WHAT NOT TO EAT
Sugar- Soft drinks, fruit juices, candy⠀

Refined Grains-Wheat, rice, barley and rye, as well as bread, cereal and pasta.⠀

Trans fat- Hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils.⠀

Highly processed foods⠀

• “MAYBE” FOODS TO INCLUDE-⠀
Unrefined Grains- Rice,oats, quinoa⠀

Legumes- black beans specially⠀

Dark chocolate-chocolates having at least 70% cocoa⠀

***Wine- Dry wines with no added sugar.⠀

Dark chocolate is high in antioxidants and may provide health benefits if you eat it in moderation. However, be aware that both dark chocolate and alcohol will hinder your progress if you eat/drink too much.⠀



• RESULTS-⠀
Person following low carb diet losses a good amount of weight even after not cutting carbs fully.A diet for all people who loves to eat carbs and still want to lose some weight, low carb diet always proves to be helpful for such people.⠀


Include plenty of low-carb vegetables in your diet. If your goal is to remain under 50 grams of carbs per day, there is room for plenty of veggies and one fruit per day.⠀
